Van Hire
Recently my van experienced and unexpected error in the electrics, which meant that I had to call out the AA to come and collect it after breaking down on the motorway. If that wasn’t enough to cause problems, I was unpleasantly surprised to hear that my insurance company were not willing to provide me with a replacement van as it wasn’t in the original agreement (read the small print guys). So, without any assistance being provided, I must now hire a van; most probably from the used vans section of my local hire dealership. Apparently there are three options; daily van hire, monthly van hire and long term van hire. Too be honest I can only see myself needing a temporary vehicle for around one week maximum as the repair centre said it would take up to 3 working days to fix (which we all know means at least five days!).
